Card and herbal tea caddy box

This is something I made for one of my best friend's birthdays.  She's a great herbal tea fan, so I made her this tea caddy (from a design I found on the internet - cannot claim it to be my own!) and matching card.

 

I used crisp cantaloupe cardstock and birthday basics designer series paper to make the actual items.  I then decorated it with petite petals stamp set and punch, and basic pearls to decorate the middle of the flowers.  I then used the decorative label punch to make the greetings label.

Hope you like it.  I was rather pleased with it.  Though word of warning - make sure you buy herbal tea bags that are individually wrapped!  It looks much better than tea bags just plonked in the mini boxes!!

Birthday cards I've made

Today is both my God-daughter's and a friend's special birthdays.  Here are the cards I made for them:

 

 

For Ally's card I used gumball green cardstock, Birthday Basics designer series paper, Bigz alphabet typeset dies for the letters and petite petals & punch for the flowers.

I even added basic rhinestone jewels for added effect!

 

 

For Rose's card I used melon mambo cardstock, Gingham Garden designer series paper, Bigz alphabet typeset dies for the letters and petite petals & punch for the flowers.

I then added basic pearl jewels to make it more special.
